3 Month Package Deal - 2 sessions per week

This package summarizes 3 months of my services and includes monthly modified meal plans, monthly modified workout schedules and 2 training sessions per week. Also includes constant communication and weekly check-ins for progress, pointers and adjustments.

This package summarizes 6 months of my services and includes monthly modified meal plans, monthly modified workout schedules and 8 training sessions per month. Also includes constant communication and weekly check-ins for progress, pointers and adjustments. Best option for long-term fitness goals.

1 hour: Free
